Hector Lopez

Hector was born in San Jose, CA in a Pastor’s home. Son of two immigrants from El Salvador, Hector is bilingual and absolutely loves Salvadorean food. He was raised in the faith, but at the age of 16 years old felt a calling to ministry. He then attended Southwestern Assemblies of God University to receive a Bachelor’s in Bible and Theology. Throughout his time in college, he also participated in two internships (Prescott, AZ and Kirkland, WA). it was at one of these internships that he began dating his wife, Bria.

Hector and Bria have both been a part of youth ministry for over 10 years and Hector has been in vocational ministry for 3 years before arriving at Mountain Springs Church. They both enjoy traveling, time with friends, and the occasional coffee shop. They both have a heart to see youth and young adults step into changing culture around them and seeing everyone have an opportunity to know the true love of Jesus.
